 Intermediate Operator Training
Description: Intermediate Operator Training is available in our New Hampshire training center and onsite. This program includes: -Printer Safety -Hardware Overview -Software Overview -Loading Media -Printer Maintenance -Printer Options -Fiery XF Operations Our trainers share their best practices for efficient production. After training, trainees take an assessment to ensure they are prepared to be EFI Certified Operators.

 Self Service Training
Description: The objective of this course is to prepare the student to be much more self sufficient with regard to printer adjustments and repair. This training is designed to be hands-on but does contain a classroom instructed section regarding printer theory. Each student will be working directly on the printer performing tasks such as printed circuit board removal, print head replacement, mechanical alignments, component replacement and other essential tasks. A portion of the classroom time will be spent examining the components of the printer sub-systems (power, ink, vacuum, etc) and how they operate and interact together. When this training is complete, the trainee will be able to comprehend all printer subsystems and adjust many printer settings as well as work with remote support in order to perform printer repairs. It is strongly recommended that prior to attending this training, each student has experience with the operation of EFI Inkjet printers, an understanding of daily printer maintenance as well as a basic understanding electronics, mechanics, working with electronic test equipment and using various hand tools..

 Color Management
Description: This course will provide a thorough review of the NEW Fiery XF 7 RIP software functions as they apply to color management and ICC profiling. By providing a hands-on environment, attendees will develop advanced RIP software skills and will be creating their printer profiles. Students will learn in-depth concepts regarding RIP setup, custom spot colors, options and utilization of the color management processes. Also discussed is the creation of ICC profiles, troubleshooting image and print quality, useful workflows and best practices for production. We strongly recommended that each student have prior experience with the operation of EFI Inkjet printers, and experience working with XF 7 RIP software.

 101 Self Service Training
Description: ** PREREQUISITES: COMPLETION OF THE OPERATOR CERTIFICATION COURSE ** RECOMMENDED ** 3 MONTHS EXPERIENCE OPERATING THE PRINTER, AS WELL AS BASIC HAND TOOL EXPERIENCE ** This class is intended to be a continuation of the operator course, the class will focus on advanced operator level diagnostics, print analysis and core printer repairs/adjustments. For example print head replacement and related software adjustments. This training is designed to be hands-on but does contain classroom instructed sections regarding printer operational theory and subsystem core overviews (Safety, Power, Air, Ink and Data); how they operate and interact together. When this training is complete, the trainee should be able to perform core diagnostics on the printer subsystems. A certification exam will be performed at the conclusion of this class.  201 Self Service Training
Description: ** PREREQUISITES: COMPLETION OF THE OPERATOR CERTIFICATION COURSE AS WELL AS SELF SERVICE 101 ** RECOMMENDED ** 3 MONTHS EXPERIENCE PERFORMING MAINTENANCE OR REPAIRS ON THE PRINTER, AS WELL AS EXPERIENCE WITH A DIGITAL MULTIMETER ** This class is intended to be a continuation of the SELF SERVICE 101 Training course, offering an in depth look at all component level systems and components, along with optional equipment on a printer. The class will focus on advanced technical level printer repairs, break fix labs and diagnostics/adjustments. Examples are circuit board diagnostics and replacement and advanced trouble shooting. This training is highly focused on hands on training, with extensive labs covering the core systems of the printer. The classroom instructed sections contain an in-depth theory and detailed subsystems explanation, covering information beyond that found in SELF SERVICE 101. When this training is complete, the trainee should be able to perform repairs and diagnostics on most printer subsystems.
