Frequently Asked Questions

 How do I get a account?

Accounts are assigned to all EFI Inkjet printer customers at no additional cost. They are normally set up for the production manager at your location. If you do not know your account login credentials, first check with your production manager or printer operator. If you still cannot locate your login information, you can request an account via the online request form at

 I have my username, but I forgot my password – what do I do?

If you know the username of your account, fill out our Forgot Password form at and your password will be sent to the email address we have on file for your account.

 How do I contact Technical Support?

You can find regional and product specific Technical Support contact details on EFI's Product Support page. Use the product search to find product specific support contacts.

 I need onsite service – who do I contact?

All onsite service requests must be made through our phone support center. See the How do I contact Technical Support section above for details.

Whenever you contact Support, please be sure to have the serial number and model of your printer available, as well as your software and firmware revision numbers. If you have an existing case open, be sure to have your case number available as well.
